Policies of Evergreens on Fall River – Estes Park Cabins

Deposit Policy:
Reservations require a deposit of 2 nights (unless staying one night). Balance is due upon arrival. MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover Card are accepted. Personal checks are NOT ACCEPTED.

Cancellation Policy:
If notice of cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to arrival date, then the deposit is refunded less a $35.00 administrative fee. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the refund is based on the number of nights which are re–rented, less a $50.00 administrative fee OR 10% of the reserved stay, whichever is greater. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved! Sorry, no refunds for early departure, inclement weather or personal reasons.

No–Show Policy:
No–shows will be charged 100% of all nights reserved.

Check-in for The Evergreens Property is at 3:00 pm.

Check-in for the Vacation Home is at 4:00 pm at the Evergreens Office.

Check-out is 11:00 for both The Evergreens and the Vacation Home.

Pet Policy:
Accommodations and property are pet free. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee for pets in the rooms. If a pet is found to be in one of our accommodations, the guest will be evicted immediately with no refund.

Smoking Policy:
Accommodations are smoking free. Smoking in a non– smoking room will result in a $250.00 per night cleaning fee.

Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
